Sickness and despair

My neighbours have installed a new wood heater and ever since I cannot breathe fresh air inside or outside of my home. My eyes are red and irritated, sore red throat and inflamed sinuses. I am anxious, sad and bordering on depression.

Where are the authorities in all of this? How can this be allowed when we know it is so bad for our health and wellbeing.

Is there anyone out there who can help me? Please for the sake of me and my family.
